What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and embodied clarity. It helps you notice patterns, move energy, and reconnect with your body in a grounded, conscious way.

What a Session Looks Like

1:1 sessions are 90 minutes and include:
  • intention setting
  • guided breathwork
  • sound medicine
  • integration + reflection
  • optional in-person bodywork
