about

I became my own experiment.

After years of living with anxiety, fear, addiction, and patterns that left me disconnected and heartbroken, I made a choice: to stop abandoning myself.

I turned inward—not to bypass the pain, but to understand it. To listen. To learn what healing could actually feel like in my body, in my nervous system, and in my life.

Slowly, I began to feel myself return. My wild nature ignited.
My sense of agency and sovereignty came back online.

This reclamation reshaped my life—and became the foundation of my work.

Today, my therapeutic sessions blend practical mindset tools with deep embodied healing and intentional integration. I believe transformation happens when modalities are braided together—when the mind, body, heart, and spirit are invited into the same conversation.

Over the years, I have devoted thousands of hours to studying and practicing a range of modalities.

I have completed over 1,000 hours of my own therapeutic work, cultivating a deep understanding of how the body, mind, and spirit interact. My work is grounded, informed, and intentional—rooted in both experience and evidence, and refined through years of practice.

Not just as concepts—but as

embodied practices.

Over time, I’ve also developed my intuitive skills, learning to tune into subtle signals from the body, energy, and nervous system. This combination of rigorous study, lived experience, and intuitive insight allows me to guide others safely, skillfully, and creatively through their own healing journeys.
My journey has been shaped by profound transitions: three immigrations, generational trauma, familial rupture, heartbreak, and grief—alongside love, beauty, and moments of deep aliveness and ecstatic beingness. These experiences, while challenging, I’ve come to see as gifts. They became fertile soil, cultivating resilience, adaptability, and a relentless devotion to living truthfully.

A life truly lived constantly burns away veils of illusion, burns away what is no longer relevant, gradually reveals our essence, until, at last, we are strong enough to stand in our naked truth.

I’m passionate about supporting women in feeling safe, seen, and held as they reclaim their wild, sovereign selves—where joy, peace, and healthy connection become possible again.

We all need support sometimes. We all deserve to be met in our healing. To be witnessed in all of who we are—not just the parts we think are acceptable or appropriate, but in light and shadow alike. If you’re looking for a partner in healing, growth, and remembering who you are—
I'm here.
